If you have received an incorrect or faulty item or just ordered the wrong item, please don’t worry. Simply follow the instructions below that relate to your issue, and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you have purchased and received an item from GMM | Fine Art Prints and realised you have ordered the incorrect item/s or no longer require it, please follow these steps:

Please note that we will not be held responsible for returns that are not received, so please use a “Proof of Delivery” courier.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If, in the unlikely event, you have received your item/s incorrectly, first of all, we apologise for this inconvenience. Please first check your order to confirm if we have picked it incorrectly and sent the incorrect item/s. In either instance, we will be more than happy to exchange the item at our cost.

In the unlikely event the product arrives to you damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. Please follow these steps:
Delays
We only offer refunds if the product is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion. In either cases we may request return of the products so that we can dispose of them. The returns in these cases will be at our cost, and refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by us.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
